Response times can typically take up to one week during our business hours (If your artist has their book open and is taking appointments). If you have not received a reply please be sure to check your spam/junk mail or reach us by calling 778-414-1116 during those hours. To solidify a date a non-refundable deposit is required. Please be sure to read our policies on deposits.

Check out artist portfolios to help you decide on which artist suits your vision. and while you’re there, find their social media pages and follow for possible last minute openings when a cancellation comes up. You may message your artist there if a short notice date becomes available, otherwise to book an appointment the form is necessary.

Your preferred artist is our highest priority but cannot be guaranteed. If your chosen artist is not available we will pair you with an artist that fits your style and needs. An artist also has at their discretion to respectfully decline certain projects.
No preference? no problem- we can set you up with an artist to suit your tattoo needs!

“Book closed”? You may choose to submit a request anyway and wait for a response for when your artist is booking. If you do not receive an email within 1 week of your artist’s schedule being open, please resubmit. There may have been an influx of emails they have received and your request may have gotten lost in the mix.
Or you may choose to wait and email when your artist has their book open.
